BigShots Golf is a high tech, maximum fun, total entertainment experience. The newest contender in the UK’s competitive socialising industry, we are set to revolutionise the market with state of the art digital ball tracking technology for advanced game play. We pride ourselves on the quality of our food and service, demanding the highest standard of excellence throughout our business.

**The Role**:
A barista is an expert in the art of coffee and throughout the day is a key element in the guest experience. This position offers opportunities for one to connect with guests and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for them. It is important to have a good knowledge of the café offerings, to be fast and efficient and have good attention to detail. Communication with colleagues and management is important for success in this role. A barista is responsible for driving sales as well as, but is not limited to, friendly greetings and interactions, upselling, guest safety, and cash management.
- Experience working in a cafe environment
- Ability to sell and upsell to enhance the guest experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time-management and organisation

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
