Job Title: HR Administrator
**Salary**: £12.82 per hour
Location: Borehamwood, Hertfordshire
Contract: Temporary ongoing
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00 - 5.00 half hour lunch - 37.5 hours per week (possibility of Hybrid working)
COMPANY PROFILE
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a well-established client of ours in their Head Office based in Borehamwood. If you're an experienced Administrator looking for a new challenge this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Previous experience in a similar role
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Highly competent with Microsoft packages
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create data on starters & leavers for monthly reports
- First point of contact for HR related queries through the company website / inbox.
- Provide support to the HR Advisor and Recruitment Team.
- Support with the onboarding process for new starters and assist in ensuring that inductions are successfully completed.
- Prepare documents, including letters and contracts.
- Ensuring HR systems are kept up to date and maintained with accurate data.
- Responsible for ensuring right to work documents are up to date.
- Ensure the payroll team are informed of any pay changes ahead of payroll.
- Respond to staff queries regarding company benefits.
- Produce monthly HR data reports.
