**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan & manage company customer support model store guidelines & standards to excellent standards
- Manage and lead on delivery processing to meet UPH targets
- Open and close store autonomously
- Organises & coordinates customer support teams
- Stock management
- Update on communication both verbally and using business tools
- Implement price changes directed by the business
- Process damaged & returned product to the store, using company guidelines
**Operational efficiency/SOP**
- Lead a full count and complete floor set before trading commences
- Partner with the floor teams to identify planogram changes
- Review live inventory and complete call outs on company system
- Able to complete commercial walk round and give feedback on stock position
- Receive and confirm receipt of delivery on IP and escalate discrepancies / in transits with Inventory Control
- Manage iPod replenishment throughout trading day
- Manage day to day H&S and rectify/escalate issues as needed
- Lead by example to maintain and protect Brand Integrity whilst resolving customer issues
- Able to access, read and interpret key business reports
- Can make balanced, commercial decisions
- Can Lead a Walkround
- Coaches individuals and teams on SOP and customer support area procedures
- Able to coach & guide associates to deliver relevant department SOP compliance
**Product Knowledge**
- Uphold & coach brand standards and brand presentation
- Understands seasonal knowledge of all product ranges, concepts vs high volume lines
- Implement price changes, handle pricing issues, handle callouts, take corrective actions
**Leadership**
- Influences and motivates others to achieve common vision and goals
- Coaches & inspires the company way & CFA’s
- Deliver operational training
- Supports on-boarding of associates Level 1 and 2
- Operationally deputises in the absence of a Manager
- Identify & feedback to colleagues & manager on performance
