**Hospitality Supervisor - Leisure Centres**

**Our Team**:
Active Halton” is a Halton Borough Council initiative to bring together its wide ranging sport & physical activity offers.

Active Halton is a partnership between Halton Leisure Centre, Brookvale Recreation Centre, Sport Development Team and Halton’s Health Improvement Team.

This is a new post for an experienced Hospitality Supervisor is to manage and control staff and operations within the café area of the NEW Halton Leisure Centre. This will include, but not be limited to, supervision of catering personnel, ensuring that all service deliverables are fully compliant with statutory and contractual requirements, meeting expectations and returning value to our customers.

**Your Contributions**
- An NVQ in catering is essential for this role
- Oversee day-to-day hospitality operations at Halton Leisure Centre, ensuring efficient and high-quality catering services.
- Plan and prepare meals, manage menus, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Maintain records, monitor costs, and manage stock to meet targets and support audit requirements.
- Promote excellent customer service, ensure café cleanliness, and foster positive relationships with customers and staff.
- Act as duty manager for events, ensuring safety and smooth operations, while performing additional tasks and training as needed.
