Carer with experience of elderly & dementia, immediate start, full and part time, 8 & 12 hour shifts day & nights.

Excellent pay £11.50 - £14.40, free DBS, free refresher training, free uniform, 24 hour agency support.

Our Care Assistants are caring and supportive people, who genuinely enjoy caring for people. If you are kind, caring and compassionate and there for the residents when needed and have a happy persona the we need you.

We have both days and nights shift, 7 days a week.

You will be working with our Clients who are residential homes in the Newport and surrounding area.

The homes are well managed and the feedback we receive from our workers is very positive. Plenty of extra hours if you wish.

Some of our clients have requirement for people with experience of different complex needs, such as learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health.

You will take time to get to know the residents irrespective of ability or disability and aim to empower individuals to be as involved as they can be in control of their life.

There is of course practical support too and helping people to reach their goals in smaller ways. You will provide personal care, maintain health needs, hygiene as well as keep things tidy and safe.

To always perform out duties in the best interests of the Service User with due regard to respect, dignity and within best practice guidelines.
