Ready to take your culinary skills to the next level? We've got an exciting position for a Kitchen Assistant to be a crucial member in our busy and top rated restaurant based in Maldon, Essex. Featuring day time hours with just 1 or 2 evenings a month, the right kitchen assistant will be working along side the team to help prepare breakfast and lunch dishes and preparing food for the day ahead.

**Position Highlights**:

- Minimum of 36 hours contracted with the option of full time
- Potential for role growth as the business evolves into offering pop up evening events
- Tips shared between the whole team adding an average of £2.10-£2.80 per hour to wages
- Paid lunch breaks with a complimentary meal and drinks
- Training and courses provided where necessary
- You'd be joining a very well-run family business
- Paid trial shift after a successful interview

**Job requirements**:

- 1 year of kitchen experience
- Weekend availability required
- Availability for 10-hour and 8-hour shifts
- A great level of cleanliness and hygiene

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour
