**Shift Supervisor**

Deliver a positive guest experience by creating a warm, inviting, fun and friendly environment. Lead, train and motivate team members to maintain excellence and exceed guest expectations, leaving a lasting impression that motivates guests to return with friends and family.

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Offer a warm welcome and farewell to guests, while effectively communicating the service cycle, our products and any special offers or events.
- Complete business opening and closing routines.
- Value regular guests by remembering their preferences and engaging in meaningful conversations.
- Check all guests are enjoying their meal and discuss the guest experience survey.
- Provide a fast and efficient service and ensure any guest queries and complaints are handled promptly and professionally.
- Allocate job roles, and duties for the shift ensuring the team complete all appropriate company documentation and due diligence.
- Promote open communication with the entire team to ensure the delivery of outstanding service, creating a supportive atmosphere where you assist other team members whenever possible.
- Lead and contribute to team meetings, offering your valuable insights.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the front of house, outdoor and toilet areas.
- Complete required business admin tasks and ensure accurate cash management and business security.
- Complete cellar management duties, conducting line checks and ensuring cleaning procedures are followed.
- Provide guidance, feedback to team members during shifts to enhance their skills and help deliver great service.
- Keep up to date with business information, promotions and new products.
- Participate in all in-house training, e-learning and the completion of assigned learning modules.
- Always adhere to brand standards, licencing laws and all company policies and procedures.

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
