**About The Role**:
Bidvest Noonan are currently recruiting for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor on behalf of our client. You will be required to cover the below areas:
**Corwen, Wrexham, Stoke, Crewe, Ruthin, Warrington, Widnes, Chester, Macclesfield, Birkenhead, Bromborough, Llandudno**

**You must be flexible to cover sickness and holidays**

**Days vary and start times can be earlier or later**

**You will be required be vetted for standard DBS (this will be paid for)**

As a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor, you’ll be focusing on delivering a great standard to our client. A huge focus of the role will be coaching and supporting the onsite operatives, working closely with our cleaners to continually deliver a great level of service.

You’ll be comfortable proactively managing your team, both onsite and remotely. So, you must be competent with technology including Microsoft Office suite e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You’ll be a self-starter, effectively managing of sites and your own diary to ensure all objectives are achieved.

**Key responsibilities.**
- You will provide cover cleaning for holidays and sickness, ensuring the cleaning standard is upheld.
- You will carry out checks and audits on various sites and report back to the Contract Manager
- You will check site files on each site visited to ensure correct and up to date information is logged.
- You will foster a good working relationship with teams and clients on site
- You'll ensure all stock orders are processed in a timely manner, ensuring cleaners onsite have everything required.
- You'll be responsible for all recruitment on your sites, ensuring we recruit and induct new starters.
- You'll proactively manage the team, including managing the weekly payroll and performance and absence.

**Experience required.**
- Manual driving licence, comfortable with motorway driving.
- Ability to prioritise and manage an ever-changing workload
- Flexibility to work around the business needs
- Good communication skills at all levels
- You will have previous experience of COSHH and Health and Safety
- You will have previous experience of cleaning and mobile cleaning
- Audit sites
- Complete paperwork as required
- You will work closely with the Area Manager,
