**Care Home Co-Ordinator - Wakefield area**

This new, exciting and rewarding opportunity for a qualified dispenser or technician will give you a great chance to expand your career by joining our friendly and well-respected team and make a real difference to patient care in the Wakefield area

As independent pharmacy company we are at the heart of the local community and offer support to patients and care homes in the area. This great new role involves working closely with the care homes we look after to improve and consolidate our role in the community and give patients and care homes the very best, professional care and service. You will manage a team and run the care home and DDs tray business and ideally have some management experience.
- We are looking for someone enthusiastic to proactively be part of the team to co-ordinate our care home services and help promote & develop healthcare services in the care homes we serve.
- Accuracy, diligence, and an excellent level of care is at the core of the commitment you will give to your role, offering patients the best possible service and advice.
- We pride ourselves on going that extra mile and building relationships with our clients, so you will need to be able to communicate effectively.
- You will be driven, passionate and confident in engaging with patients, colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
- You will have the opportunity to pursue a valued career through support from your pharmacist manager and our head office team.
