**Casual Receptionist**

We are seeking Casual Receptionists to join our reception teams at our 3 hotels in central Telford. Offering exceptional customer service checking in guests to the Hotels, you will be required to deal with a number of queries both face to face and on the telephone. You must be able to think on your feet whilst offering a professional and friendly service to both internal and external contacts

Employed on an as and when required basis as to business requirements, flexibility is essential as the role will include weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Carry out all Reception duties as outlined in the standards manual.
- Ensure that all internal and external messages received are passed on accurately and as quickly as possible.
- Deal with cash, cheque and credit transactions in accordance with company policy.
- Behave in a professional, friendly and hospitable manner to all guests, customers and staff.

**Skills/Experience Required**:

- Experience of working in a Hotel Environment
- Knowledge of using Opera Reservations system (desirable)
- Proficient in Microsoft office packages
- Experience of handling cash
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to multitask
- Willing to learn the use of new software packages used by the company

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: Up to £9.50 per hour
