Senioor Finance Business Partner required to join a rapidly growing FTSE 250 manufacturing company based in Yorkshire. My client is looking for an enthusiastic individual who is an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic and growing financefunction in one of Europe's largest manufacturing businesses on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Finance Business Partner will take a senior position in the Finance Business Partnering team in the delivery of a customer focussed, highly effective and professional service. The role will oversee the provision of a high-quality financial managementand reporting service to the business and be the primary link for the business. Initially reporting directly to the Director of Financial Services the Head of Finance Business Partnering will manage a team of Senior Finance Business Partners in the deliveryof a range of financial performance and reporting services

**Key responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner**:

- Be a fully CCAB Qualified Accountant (ESSENTIAL)
- Have strong technical knowledge (FRS102/Housing SORP), including current financial and accounting developments (ESSENTIAL)
- Have housing sector experience (DESIRABLE)
- Understand core financial business processes, including, budget setting, budget monitoring, reporting (including Annual Statutory Reporting) (ESSENTIAL)
- An understanding of the business planning process (DESIRABLE)
- Challenge the status quo and be able to engage with a wide range of senior stakeholders, internally and externally. (ESSENTIAL)
- Have experience of working at a senior level in the finance function of a complex organisation (ESSENTIAL)
- Be able to lead by example a team and to develop and provide support and direction in the delivery of a quality service (ESSENTIAL)
- Have experience of working with non-financial teams to promote best financial working practices through collaborative working and a shared sense of working together (ESSENTIAL)
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills in order to present financial information that is easily understood, and solution focussed (ESSENTIAL).
- Have experience of a regulated sector including the submission of regulatory returns (DESIRABLE)
- Have experience of Open Accounts general ledger system including budgeting module (ESSENTIAL)
