**Learning & Development Administrator | Horsham | Hybrid Working | Full Time, Permanent | £22,000**

Our client is looking for a competent Administrator to join their fast paced Learning and Development team based in Horsham on a permanent basis.

**Role Duties**:

- Liaising with external training providers
- Organise training courses and events
- Booking Courses
- Ad hoc L&D projects
- 5 GCSE’s level 4/C and above, or equivalent, including Maths and English
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent IT skills, proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good attention to detail and an ability to problem solve
- A team player approach to work
