Learning Technologist

TSW Training are looking to engage a Learning Technologist to join their work based learning team.

The purpose of this role is to support the implementation of the TSW Digital Strategy through the creation of a digital culture where the use of technology underpins all aspects of the work-based learning.

**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- Support the implementation of the TSW Digital Strategy
- Support the development of digital learning delivery in line with Digital 2030
- Work with learning delivery teams to identify opportunities to enhance the learning journey using technology
- Research, design and develop digital learning tools, platforms and resources
- Ensure resources are developed to support accessibility and the Welsh language
- Provide technical support and maintenance of digital tools including eportfolio platforms
- Promote the use of blended learning and digital technology to TSW staff
- Support the digital skills development of staff
- Maintain CPD to keep abreast of technological developments
- Comply with all company processes and procedures

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

- Instructional & Curriculum Developers: 1 year (preferred)
