Application Support Analyst

As part of the on-going expansion of NWF Fuels, there is an exciting opportunity to join the IT team as an Applications Support Analyst.
As our Applications Support Analyst, you will be pivotal in providing support and product enhancements to the ERP platform and related business systems.
**Application Support Analyst Responsibilities**:
- Collaborating with IT colleagues to maintain an exceptional level of service
- Troubleshooting first line issues
- Working closely with colleagues across all departments to understand business systems and processes
- Identifying areas for improvement.
- Implementing solutions
- Prioritising and resolving IT issues
- Providing technical expertise and making recommendations in assessing new IT requirements.
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency of the business processes
- Designing, developing and deploying BI reporting
- Writing, deploying, and maintaining technical reports
- Assisting with and managing external IT vendors
**You will have a combination of some of the following skills to be our Applications Support Analyst;**:
- Experience of working within an ITIL based organisation.
- Experience of working with technical IT partners.
- Good understanding of desktops, servers or network infrastructure.
- Knowledge of SQL and/or working with databases.
- Familiar with report writing, data analysis or business intelligence would be advantageous.

**Location**: Crewe, Cheshire
**Contract Type**: Permanent
**Hours**: Full Time, 37.5 per week Monday - Friday
**Salary**: Up to £32,000 per annum
