**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answering telephone and dealing with customer orders
- Maintain accurate and up to date records and files
- Input supplier invoices into Xero
- Complete stock checks & orders

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office manager, or similar role.
- Experience in handling a wide range of administrative tasks.
- Experience of Xero would be an advantage but not essential.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach

This is a part time position 20-30 hours per week. Flexibility when needed.
