Job Overview:We are seeking a Trainee Dispenser to join our team in the pharmacy setting. This role is ideal for individuals interested in pursuing a career in pharmacy and gaining hands-on experience in medication administration and patient care.

Duties:

- Assist in dispensing medications under the supervision of a qualified pharmacist
- Provide excellent patient care and customer service
- Learn to interpret prescriptions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the dispensary
- Assist with stock management and inventory control
- Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines

Experience:

- Previous experience is not required as training will be provided - Strong interest in patient care and medication administration
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Ideally looking for a good communicator which is vital for speaking to customers, also someone organised and can multitask.

You will be enrolled onto a 12 month course and will be awarded a level 2 NVQ.

We are currently looking for someone who is able to work a full time hours plus some Saturdays

This position requires weekend availability

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
