**Role Overview**

The HR Systems Change Manager is a key member of the HR Systems team, responsible for driving digital adoption, ensuring seamless communication, and leading change management efforts to support the successful deployment and continuous usage of the SAP SuccessFactors solution and related HR processes. This role plays a vital part in bridging operational HR and the HR Systems team, ensuring that new functionality and process changes are effectively implemented and adopted. A critical success metric will be achieving high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) from users by fostering a positive experience and driving engagement with the solution.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Change Management and Digital Adoption
- Lead the management and mitigation of change impacts associated with the rollout of new functionality within SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
- Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of systems and processes across all global HR teams and employee communities.
- Collaborate with HR leadership and stakeholders including Site deployment leads to embed new ways of working, driving long-term usage and engagement.
- Utilize tools such as WalkMe or WhatFix to create interactive, user-friendly adoption journeys tailored to specific personas.

**2. Training and Learning Development**
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs and learning content to ensure all users are proficient with the system and new processes.
- Partner with the HR Systems & Processes team and global process owners to create learning materials, including videos, guides, and performance support resources.
- Continuously update training content to align with system enhancements and evolving business needs, incorporating innovative learning technologies where applicable.

**3. Communication and Stakeholder Engagement**
- Develop and manage communication plans to support deployments, updates, and ongoing system usage for HR and employee communities.
- Build strong relationships with global stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure they are reflected in communications and training.
- Act as the key point of contact for feedback loops from global users, using insights to inform continuous improvement efforts.

**4. Global Network Coordination**
- Matrix manage a global network of HR champions to ensure alignment, manage change impacts, and drive adoption within their respective regions.
- Facilitate regular touchpoints with the global network to share updates, gather feedback, and reinforce consistent usage of the solution.
- Build a collaborative community focused on supporting sustainable adoption and enhancing the employee experience.

**5. Performance Tracking and Reporting**
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track adoption metrics, including NPS, user engagement levels, and training effectiveness.
- Provide regular adoption status reports to HR leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for further improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously refine change management and communication strategies.

**6. Continuous Improvement**
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring system enhancements are aligned with user needs and business objectives.
- Work closely with the HR Systems team to influence system updates and enhancements based on user feedback.
- Stay informed of emerging trends and best practices in digital adoption, change management, and learning technologies.

**Key Deliverables**
- Successful adoption of SAP SuccessFactors functionality, measured by NPS and engagement metrics.
- Comprehensive and accessible training and support materials tailored to user needs.
- Effective communication plans and strategies that keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Regular adoption and performance reports, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.
- A well-established global HR network championing consistent usage of the HR system and processes.

**Required Skills and Experience**

**Essential Skills**
- Proven experience in HR systems implementation and driving digital adoption across global teams.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, particularly within process-driven environments.
- Experience creating and delivering training programs and learning content for HR systems.
- Working knowledge of market-leading HR cloud systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills, with experience working across cultures and remote sites.
- IT literate, with familiarity in leveraging digital learning platforms and tools for communication and adoption.
