Join the IP practice of a prestigious international law firm to play a key role in building their patent practice, particularly their patent litigation capabilities. The firm is ranked top in the Legal 500.

**Responsibilities**:

- Advise on both contentious and non-contentious patent matters primarily in the technology and life sciences sectors.
- Provide guidance on non-patent matters across the wider IP practice.
- Collaborate with a team advising clients in technically complex industries.
- Consider various possibilities to help clients achieve their commercial objectives, including litigation, mediation, and arbitration.
- Play a central role in enhancing the patent capabilities of our team by participating actively in the wider patent community in the London market.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience in a leading patent litigation team in private practice.
- Experience in taking ownership of matters, including technical expertise and client service. A keen interest in business development and a willingness to help secure new clients, maintain relationships with existing clients, and develop our network within the IP community.
- Aptitude and responsibility for all aspects of financial management on matters with a business-savvy and commercial approach.
- The Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice is an asset.
