We are looking for someone experienced in Logistics Export to join the Superior Wellness family. To help us drive our company forward in our export and customs and develop the knowledge within our rapidly growing team even further.

**The main purpose of this role**:

- To arrange deliveries with our International Export Customers worldwide
- Ensure all deliveries are on time, in excellent condition and in accordance with the customers’ requirements.
- Liaising with our 3PL in The Netherlands and in the United States
- Working closely with our International sales team
- Processing the relevant export and delivery documentation and invoicing as required to ensure full compliance with the legal export regulations and needs of the UK

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Accurate completion of all relevant administration in relation to export of our products
- Completion of all administration in relation to the export documentation including invoicing, packing documents, certificates and other required documents in relation to the product and export regulations for both the UK and the receiving country.
- Full communication for all orders and providing customers with regular updates and delivery scheduling.
- Dealing with daily shipping deadlines, problem solving from freight companies both internationally and in the UK regarding shipment of imported and exported Hot Tubs and products.
- Develop communication with our International Logistics Division in the US and the EU

**Key Skills Required**:

- Sound knowledge of Export regulations this is essential to the role
- Full knowledge of all new Brexit export regulations changes and Tax laws
- Excellent account management and customer service skills
- Team player good at communicating internally between departments
- Experienced at communicating with shipping agents
- Processing Import documentation from overseas suppliers
- Excellent Microsoft skills
