As a **Care Assistant** in our **Willows Care Home in Milton Keynes**, you will be part of a supportive and welcoming team providing physical, emotional, and social support to our residents. You will make a difference every day by engaging in meaninful activities with residents as well as promoting independence, choice, dignity and respect at alll times. Delivering great care is central to everything we do.

Excelcare is a family-owned care home group established for over 32 years. We provide support to older people with a range of needs including dementia, physical disabilities and mental health issues. By joining us you will become one of the ‘family’ and in return for your dedication and hard work you can expect:

- **Salary: £10.90 p/h to £11.25 p/h depending on experience and qualifications**:

- **Part time and full-time vacancies available**:

- **Day and night shifts from 8am - 8pm/8pm - 8am, Monday - Sunday. You must be able to work alternate weekends**

**About the role**:
Working in a team, supporting people with engaging and fun activities as well as assisting with their daily needs which would include help at meal times, dressing, washing, personal hygiene and personal care. Completing documentation which includes keeping records of daily updates, charts and care plans.

Experience in a care environment either in a care home, as a home care worker or caring for a loved one would be ideal however if you are kind,caring, committed and compassionate and have the desire to work in elderly care - we would love to hear from you.
