ES Brighton is looking for an accomplished, enthusiastic and self-motivated Game Designer to join our Brighton based team working on an exciting, new and unannounced project.

**A Game Designer at Electric Square will**:

- Assist lead designers in creating new and exciting features and content
- Implement game mechanisms using proprietary system tools
- Create and maintain design documentation
- Ensure smooth and clear communication both within the design team and the team as a whole
- Respond to and implement feedback from reviews and playtests

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of professional experience in mobile or console game development with at least one released project as a designer
- Able to concisely articulate game concepts and analyse game mechanics
- Hands on experience with designer tools and proficient with commercial or proprietary game engines
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
- Experience of balancing vehicles and handling models a huge plus
- Experience with gameplay scripting a plus
- Experience with multiplayer games a huge plus
