We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our dynamic team with in our store at 82 Carryduff road Temple.

**Duties**
- Supervise and lead a team of retail staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales reporting.
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills in customer service and product knowledge.
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to promote professional development.
- Implement strategies to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles is essential.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; phone etiquette is crucial.
- Ability to manage a diverse team while fostering a positive work environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
- Passion for sales with the ability to motivate others to achieve targets.

Pay: £12.21-£12.99 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 45 per week
