**The Role**:
As an eCommerce Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and promoting the Apexio platform to optimize its use among internal stakeholders and customers. Your responsibilities include onboarding new companies and users, managing and customizing product lists and price options, and ensuring the visibility and accuracy of product offerings.

You will work closely with the Heads of eBusiness and Business Applications to develop and refine strategies that align with business goals, incorporating feedback from users to improve the platform's functionality and user experience.

Additionally, you will monitor user engagement via analytics, and contribute to the platform's ongoing development roadmap. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence the platform's success and efficiency, making it essential for achieving the company’s digital and e-commerce objectives.
- A proven record preferably within the IT Sector, however, this is not essential
- Experience of both eCommerce management including pricing and product management
- Passion, entrepreneurial flare and the drive to make a difference
- Highly developed commercial acumen
- The ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, building rapport with potential new clients as well as developing strong relationships with our customers
- To be a team player who is able to use their own initiative whilst engaging and influencing others
