**Responsibilities / Skills**
- Responsible for the delivery and management of either large-scale projects or multiple smaller projects across the entire project lifecycle, within pre-approved parameters of time, cost and quality, engaging with key stakeholders to deliver business outcomes
- Ensure project objectives, scope, costs, benefits are clearly defined, agreed and communicated
- The day-to-day management and delivery of projects to agreed scope and quality standards and ensuring strict adherence to the project management process
- Take responsibility for the overall progress of the project, monitor, review and report on all project indicators (budgets, resources, risks and issues) and where necessary recommend and carry out corrective action
- Preparation and approval of all project documentation in line with governance, working in conjunction with Programme Manager and/ or Sponsor
- Develop, manage and maintain the project plans to support the activity, resources and interdependencies throughout the lifecycle of the project
- Manage and motivate cross functional, virtual team members ensuring they are engaged, with clear direction and support as required
- Identify and engage with stakeholders to gain commitment when necessary
- Liaise with Resource Management to ensure the right people, with the right skills are secured and aligned to the project plan deliverables
- Proven experience and success in delivering medium scale projects through the full life-cycle
- Excellent working knowledge/ qualification of project management principles, methodologies and related tools
- Successful track history of delivering cross functional projects
- Significant experience in leading teams in matrix management environments
- Excellent and proven communication and negotiating skills at senior stakeholder level
