Delivering effective communication with our existing members and stakeholders including coordinating databases, ensuring the right people are informed with the right information and working with colleagues to establish the most effective mechanisms to keep members informed
- Coordinating meetings, workshops and other events as required
- Administration of memberships including renewals, proposals and invoices
- Coordinating the new member recruitment and onboarding process

This role will free up time for the Head of Constructing Excellence to focus on strategy and long-term member value and improve the member experience and retention.

**What experience and skills does the role need?**
- High level of customer service experience
- Experience of using Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ability to learn other systems as required
- Knowledge of the built environment is not needed but a curiosity and willingness to learn about the built environment and sustainability is advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of organisation and prioritisation skills
- Prepared to take initiative and work autonomously
- Confident and comfortable working as part of a small team
