Applications submitted on our website will come to us in the correct format, which means they will be processed faster & more efficiently by our team of consultants. **The Company**: Our client is a well-established British Manufacturer with international operations with recent new Belgium subsidiary to develop **Main duties**: To develop relationship with new distribution channels to implement sales growth on the Benelux & German Market **The Role**: - Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects and leads into sales - Gain a good knowledge of the products and promote them to clients - Travel and visit clients on monthly basis (Benelux Market) - Develop and maintain a strong relationship with new and existing distributors and resellers - Resolve issues and ensure interface with other internal departments - Achieve sales targets in the dedicated territory (Benelux and Germany) - Attend trade shows and exhibitions and present the company products portfolio (industrial plastics) - Report directly on a daily basis to Export Manager based in the UK - Monthly summary report and goal review to Sales Director in the UK and attend meetings - Fluent in Flemish or Dutch (written & spoken) - Essential**: - Additional fluency in German or French language - Advantageous**: - Previous B2B field sales experience is necessary**: - Experienced to build up distributor channels would be a strong advantage - Previous experience of working remotely to be able to work on own initiative - Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills - Target-driven sales personality - Flexible as frequently travel will be required on daily basis - Driving licence & Passport holder **Salary: Circa £50,000 p.a. + Territory targeted Commission + company car** French Selection, leading UK-based consultancy specialising in the recruitment of bilingual and multilingual professionals for international business (industries and services).
