I am recruiting for a Project Manager for a 1 year contracr to manage Projects to attract GP's, nurses and other staff to work in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough working alongside Clinical Leads, to put their innovative ideas in action. You will also be responsiblefor the delivery of the quality assurance process for trainers and Training Practices.
This role will:

- Manage the delivery of a quality assurance process for Training Practices and trainers
- Manage retention and returner programmes, supporting staff back into the workplace
- Develop, commission and manage contracts with suppliers

**Project Management**
- Initiate, manage and deliver projects that form part of the businesses Strategic Objectives and Operating Plan
- Provide timely reporting against monthly key performance indicators
- Prepare and maintain project documentation
- Manage project budgets ensuring the project is delivering value for money
- To work closely with existing trainers, training practices and PCNs to complete the new assessment as part of the approval process to become HEE approved 'Learning Environments', to expand GP training capacity and maintain quality.
- To work closely with the quality administrator to develop and maintain quality related monitoring documents and registers linked to the governance and quality assurance of GP training pathway and supervisors.
- Engage with GP surgeries and other key stakeholders on projects and initiatives
- Work alongside Health Education England's Primary Care School
- Prepare and facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops
- Own and distribute project highlight reports and newsletters keeping stakeholders informed on developments
- Attend and actively participate in team and project meetings

Experience Essential:

- Demonstrable experience in successfully managing projects and change initiatives
- Knowledge of managing budgets
- Experience of developing and managing relationships with a variety of clients, stakeholders
- Significant and demonstrable administrative experience
- Experience of participating effectively in meetings
- Experience of communicating and engaging to large and diverse groups
