We will give full training on all our systems and processes.
We are seeking an organised Office Administrator to join our team.
Day to day is booking in the jobs for our engineers, being reactive to changes in diaries, processing paperwork/invoices etc.
Our office is based in Blantyre, it is an office based role.
Our standard workweek is 8.30am - 5.00pm.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including clerical duties and administrative support
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring data entry is completed efficiently
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and demonstrate excellent phone etiquette
- Process invoices and manage accounts
- Organise meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff as needed
- Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and organised
- Provide support to team members with various tasks as required
**Skills**
- Experience with general admin tasks
- Experience with creating invoices/accounting software (we use Xero although all systems are similar)
- Component in CRM systems (we use a simple one - Tradify)
- Able to call and speak to clients professionally
- Organised with good time management
- Experienced in general spreadsheets, word documents etc.
**Qualifications**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong administrative experience with a focus on office management
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Background in clerical duties and organizational tasks
Pay: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- Office Administrator: 1 year (preferred)
- Trade/Construction Office: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
