**Role**: Entry Level Recruitment Consultant

**Package**: £23K-26K Basic Salary - £45K OTE Year 1, £50K OTE Year 2 and £60K Year 3

**The Role**:

- Communicate with clients to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals
- Communicate with clients to determine their hiring needs
- Research into competitors and marketplace
- Define job description and document specifications
- Booking interviews.
- Giving and receiving feedback from both clients and job applicants.

**The Requirements**:

- 2:1 at Degree Level or 2 Years Sales Experience
- Outstanding organisational skills
