Area to be covered: Midlands & South

Based: Bournemouth or surrounding areas
Remuneration: £25,000 - £35,000 + bonus

The role of the Site Supervisor - Concrete will involve:

- Construction Coordinator position dealing with a range of concrete projects primarily for Main Contractors
- Supporting the Contracts Manager with the smooth running of projects
- Attend pre-start and site progress meetings where required
- Produce and update H&S documents to make them site applicable
- Request and organise material, labour, tools, plant to ensure timely delivery to site
- Assist in setting contract targets to monitor productivity levels
- Ensuring all site events are documented throughout the project
- Agree and set final contracts programmes with customers
- Manage and drive operatives on site ensuring works are done to the highest standard
- Attend internal contracts meetings to get updates on on-going projects
- Majority of your time will be spent on site, however will need to be in the office when not on site

The ideal applicant will be a Site Supervisor - Concrete with:

- Must have experience within the concrete market sector
- May also consider closely related products such as groundworks or civils
- Must have Construction Management experience (Project Manager, Contracts Manager, Site Manager, Assistant Site Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Assistant Contracts Manager)
- Must have excellent communication skills across all levels
- Must have CSCS card
- Ideally will have SMSTS, Working at Height, Manual Handling, Slinger Banksmen, Abrasive Wheels qualifications
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Full UK driving license
- Commercially astute, professional, organised
- Hard working, positive, driven and dynamic personality
