**Overview**:
The Paid Social Senior Partner is responsible for leading the Paid Social team, owning our Paid Social product and representing our Paid Social proposition internally and externally.
**Senior Partner**:
A Senior Partner is a senior position within the Company and main point of contact in the function. They will be a self-sufficient, proactive, effective leader, who will motivate and inspire a team. An expert in their area, they will always be thinking outside the box and of ways to progress to move forward. A Senior Partner will be accountable for building and leading a team, they will be people focused and proactively develop their team, ensuring that they are working towards company goals and objectives. A Senior Partner will be client facing and have a strategic, commercial and/or operational focus, taking ownership and responsibility for a function, as well as creating a productive work environment for the team using gamification, trust and other appropriate strategies.
**Role Responsibilities**
- Product - Integrated product best practice definition - Media, Creative & Data with a clear Open Partners way demonstrated.
- Supplier - Progressive key supplier relationships with access to Alphas / Betas / JBP.
- Innovation - 12-month roadmap with proactive development and innovation ideas approved by the commercial board.
- Leadership - Inspiration and empowerment, internal and external, with strong staff retention.
- Commercial - Targets delivered.
- Capability - Team resourcing, development & planning with development plans in place for all team members.
- Strategy - Clear approach to delivering client strategy in product.
**To be successful in this role**:
- 8+ years of experience
- Excellent strategic thinkers, with the ability to undertake strategic planning
- Able to take lead of a function and make it your own

- Be able to coordinate and prioritise a number of tasks at the same time
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Inspiring and motivational attitude to lead a team

- Confidence in writing and editing strong content, ability to be a storyteller
**Desirable qualifications**:
- Extensive Paid Social Experience: A proven track record of successfully implementing and developing Paid Social strategies for various clients or organisations. Ideally, you should have several years of hands-on experience in Paid Social, with a strong understanding of best practices, product updates, and industry trends.
- Up to date industry knowledge.
- Expertise in Meta, TikTok, Twitter, Snap, Pinterest, Reddit etc.
- Business development skills.
- Experience leading multi-location teams.
- Comfortable working with data
- Google Analytics qualifications and Paid Social specific certifications.
