**About The Team**:
This role is responsible for assisting in the creation of meal kits for our customers. This position is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient production of our meal kits, whilst ensuring that the Health & Safety and Food Safety standards are met. This role will be titled as a Quality Control Auditor.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety standards, actively cooperating with HelloFresh on health and safety matters.
- Support the execution of rejected item processing by assisting auditors and team leaders, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the workflow.
- Support coordinating and maintaining an efficient workspace for quality control auditors, helping to organise tasks, materials, and resources for optimal performance and ensuring a smooth, seamless workflow.
- Monitor adherence to standard operating procedures and provide guidance to auditors in processing rejects, reinforcing consistency and contributing to the overall efficiency and accuracy of the quality control process.
- Participate in root cause analysis projects, supporting team leaders in investigating the causes of rejects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement corrective actions.
- Support cross-training opportunities for quality control auditors, ensuring team members are proficient in various rejection stations and tasks, promoting flexibility and operational efficiency.
- Communicate issues and escalate concerns to quality control team leaders, ensuring that any deviations from procedures are promptly addressed and contributing to a proactive and collaborative environment.
- Assist in implementing strategies to improve the rejection process, working closely with team leaders to share insights and contribute to the development of process optimisation and quality improvement strategies.
- Engage in ongoing development and training, staying current with best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies in quality control, ensuring continuous growth and improvement in the role.

**Who You Are**:

- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communicator (proficient English levels)
- Basic numeracy and computer skills.
- Proficiency in using G-Suite Software (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience working in a warehouse or similar environment, but not mandatory
- Excellent teamwork collaborates effectively with team members and other departments.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
