**Hyphen have a new and exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join the production / warehouse / logistics team in Norwich. Hyphen are a boutique live events & experiential agency who are part of the CPM Group, who work with a portfolio of respected corporate clients all across the UK.**

**Pay: £16.81 per hour (including holiday pay)**

**Hours**: 8-40 hours per week. The role’s weekly hours will be flexible, with a preferred fixed day or days each week to ensure smooth running of deliveries. Because no week is the same, there will not be any fixed rota but we can confirm when you will be required with 1 week notice in advance.

**Ideal Location**: Norwich, United Kingdom, NR6

The role of a Warehouse Operative is to support the Production Executive and Hyphen team with the building and delivery of kit using in experiential campaigns.

**What will you be doing**:

- To receive scheduled deliveries.
- Receive Pre-Delivery paperwork and ensure all kit is available ready for event operators
- Proactively assist Event Operators with loading and unloading vehicles safely for travel.
- Provide training on new event kits as required (training will be given).
- Assess kits on return for damage and ensure that any necessary repairs are communicated and actioned.
- Take ownership of the Site Maintenance Schedule ensuring regular tasks and seasonal maintenance is completed to plan
- Maintain the buildings and outside areas ensuring they are clean and safe.

**What do we need from you?**
- Experience in working in a warehouse is essential.
- Forklift licence is required.
- Self-sufficient and able to manage own work.
- Passion We can teach a lot of our work but we need you to want to learn and take on new challenges
- Highly organised with great time management skills and great ability to prioritise and manage your own job list.
