We are looking to recruit additional staff to work on our new "Keep My Home" project based in Rhyl. **The project will be staffed between 9.00am - 8.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am-5.00pm on Saturdays.** The Denbighshire Collaborative delivers a new, holistic, housing related support project designed to support people living in Denbighshire to sustain their accommodation and prevent homelessness. The support provided will be flexible and person-centred, supporting people to maintain sustainable housing by addressing any mental health, substance use or any other problems they may face, helping to improve their health and well-being. It could be a frontline job providing person-centered support, rather than personal care, or in a business support role - we are looking for talented individuals to join our happy, hard-working team.
