**Cleaner - Downham Market Library**
**£10.42 per hour**

Norse Cleaning Division work in partnership with a number of clients across East Anglia, providing a comprehensive range of professional cleaning services to local schools, public buildings, and communal areas.

We have a successful relationship with **Downham Market Library **and we are looking to recruit a Cleaner on a part time basis, you'll be required to work 12 hours per week, Monday - Friday 19:00 - 21:00, Saturday 16:00-18:00.

**The role**

In this role you will be responsible for maintaining our excellent customer satisfaction, it will be your priority to ensure the standards of cleanness are maintained throughout. You will also be responsible for equipment and products used in carrying out your role, including inventory and safe storage. Duties will mainly include;
- Cleaning and maintaining designated area's
- Building relationships with the client on site
- Liaising with the Cleaning Supervisor where needed
- Carrying out routine checks and following health and safety at all times
- Reporting any issues or defects on site
- Ensuring all standards are achieved to a high level

We will ideally be looking for you to demonstrate previous cleaning or caretaking experience in a previous role, alongside;
- Knowledge of basic site health & safety
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships with our clients on-site
- Confident working independently to your own initiative
- Good organisational skills, with attention to detail
