We are looking to hire a Customer Support Associate to join our team at Fourth This role is ideal for someone who is eager to have an opportunity to enter the software support field in an entry-level position. You must be great at time management, organized, and eager to learn and grow. In this position you will be tasked with various administrative tasks that will help our Tier 1 Support teams provide top-level support to a variety of clients, users and guests who are using the products, solutions and platforms that are provided by the business.

**The role...**
- Go through customer support cases and prioritize them for impact and urgency
- Properly assign customer cases to the appropriate Tier 1 team’s queues.
- Learn to identify incoming trending issues and alert the appropriate staff members.
- Make outbound calls to customers, when necessary, to gather additional details and be proactive with communication.
- Build strong working relationships with staff and eager to continuously learn about our products to advance your career.
- Customer service experience: restaurant and service industry experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively work utilizing Outlook, CRM, and telephony software as basic tools
- Great attitude and strong work ethic
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
