Arising as part of continued growth, this is an exceptional opportunity for you to join a firm that places a high emphasis on people development; supporting their teams to develop networks in their specialist area of interest (Space Aviation being just oneparticular area). Ideally the role will be based in Edinburgh however this position can be based out of our clients Glasgow office.

Role Responsibilities

As Technology Solicitor/Senior Solicitor, your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

- Advising clients on a range of high value and compleex IP related commercial agreements.
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in addition to working on projects and transactions in the IT and Telecoms sector.
- Supporting the senior team members with marketing and business development activities, with the firm actively looking to develop your own commercial acumen in this regards as part of longer term career development.

Person Specification

As a successful Technology Solicitor/Senior Solicitor, our client is keen to bring on board a qualified Solicitor (NQ-5 years' PQE) who ideally has experience in a similar role position with a good knowledge of IP and IT related matters. If you are currentlyworking within a corporate and commercial legal practice and looking to make the move into a technology Intellectual Property practice then this would be an excellent opportunity for you.
