**This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in a newly created role as a permanent Weekend support worker in the Cornwall area. At Green Light switched on care we are offering weekend shifts or weekend plus one week day on a permanent basis with 20 hours or 28 hours over 2 days per week.**

Rates of pay £11 per hour for Saturday and Sundays, £9.50 per hour on weekdays

As a member of our weekend Support Team, you will be passionate about making a difference to someone’s life. Your primary purpose will be to support individuals with autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions and complex needs to live meaningful, happy lives. You will empower people to lead a lifestyle they’re proud of; pursue their interests and hobbies, support their health and wellbeing, and be a part of their local community. Previous experience is not essential, if you have the right values we will provide you with excellent training and ongoing support.
