**About the Role**:

Paying a salary circa £75,000 - £82,000 per annum

We are looking to recruit an experienced Product Lead in our customer tribe. The customer tribe is responsible for our customer website, driving strategic change and enhancing the product to meet the needs of our consumers and deliver value for the business.

Working closely with our Commercial Finance colleagues, the customer tribe and squads within will look to propose, develop, and deliver key initiatives to optimise and enhance our customer experience at every step of their journey.

**Your Responsibilities**:
Creates, owns and communicates the Product vision and roadmap for the tribe.

Works with research and data to ascertain consumer and market trends to feed back into the customer strategy

Ensures the squads under the tribe structure are working to define their roadmap in accordance with the tribe view.

Works with product owners in tribe to ensure clear, tracking and outcome focused to OKRs.

Works with Finance Department to agree and set budget targets for customer website.

Forge strong relationships with your Product peers to both lead and input into cross squad / cross tribe level change, as it is critical that we understand initiative dependencies and coordinate prioritisation.

You will be an outstanding leader and role model within your team, demonstrating a strong delivery ethic using Agile values and principles through your thinking, processes and actions.

The ability to work within a dynamic and changing environment where priorities and activities will be changing is vital. You will be able to respond energetically and proactively to drive change at a fast pace to help deliver the Customer Strategy roadmap.

Collaborate with Head of Roles in Product and Tech to shape best practice and process.

Help training Product Owners to strengthen department.

Any other duties that are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by your line manager.

- Owned tribe level roadmap for multiple squads with commercial focus.
- Strong communication skills having worked closely with stakeholders at C-Level.
- Worked with Engineering teams to ensure delivery and refine product solutions.
- Worked with UX to identify key research areas for products and agree path for product discovery.
- Worked with a Commercial Finance team to determine the value being driven from your tribe, to ensure realisation of improved business and customer outcomes.
- Practical experience of Product Ownership in a lean / agile environment is essential, using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently.
- Ability to make evidence backed recommendations & decisions that influence our strategy and deliver maximum value.
- Provide details of initiative benefits cases and measures of success to support prioritisation, requirements, and post implementation assessment.
- Strong budget and forecasting skills.
- Experience creating and tracking OKRs.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an ecommerce / digital online product role.
- You will have worked in multi-disciplined teams in a large-scale, fast-moving digital business, that are a mix of business, delivery and technical roles.

- Strong negotiator.
- Previous experience of managing and influencing large teams without direct line management of individuals.
- Managerial skills.
- Passion and pride in your work and an ability to collaborate and be a team player.
