Quantity Surveyor Permanent / Hybrid working option Excellent Package on offer My client are bespoke developer who have an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team (office located in Cheshire East). Quantity Surveyor Role Reporting to the Commercial Manager you will be responsible for the commercial function and reporting of new build residential projects ranging from £20-40m. " Procurement and management of subcontractors and subcontractor payments " Assisting the Land team with Land Purchase Exercise, estimating and completing viability updates " Calculating all the prime costs on developments, reporting movements in costs since preparation of LPE " Preparing detailed cost plans for management authorisation " Undertaking monthly cashflow forecasting " Monitoring and explaining all cost movements with the site valuation " Liaising with bank appointed Monitoring Surveyors " Reviewing sub-contract valuations, payments, and variation orders " Carrying out the full CVR process " Forecasting final accounts Quantity Surveyor Requirements " Previous experience working on residential projects " Knowledge of Building Regulations, NHBC, Health & Safety requirements " RICS accredited degree / BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management " Strong communication and listening skills, with good negotiation skills " Highly motivated to deliver quality developments " Ability to work on own as well as part of a team " Excellent attention to detail and demonstrates ability to meet deadlines " IT literate and the ability to adapt to new systems " Good administration skills Package My client are offering a generous package including a salary dependant on experience, hybrid working option, 26 days leave plus bank holiday, additional 12 days off in lieu, health cover, pension scheme.
