Convertize, a digital consulting company based in London, is looking for a CRO Consultant/Account Manager.

- An engineering, psychology or scientific background
- Excellent analytical skills
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, ideally
- Previous experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation is an asset

**Role and Responsibilities**:
You will report directly to the Senior CRO Project Manager and be responsible for:

- Implementing comprehensive CRO Audits including GA data analysis to identify conversion leaks, determining real customer personas, executing heuristic website analyses, analyse ecrm sequences with the objective to increase CLTV,
- Providingexcellent CRO support to our customers and following up with them weekly/monthly
- Producing client-facing reports containing analysis, surfacing trends and recommending areas for improvement of both websites and related marketing activity
- Analysing, Creating and Implementingtest hypothesis that will improve engagement, conversion, and brand loyalty
- Ensuring that customers are satisfied and smiling :).
- Hitting deadline and project milestones and reporting regularly to the manager

**Requirements**:

- You are able to set up, implement and analyze heatmaps, session recordings, on-site mini-polls and post-purchase surveys
- You are able identify how to improve the UX and UI of websites
- You are resourceful, able to multi-task and to work independently on your own initiative
- You are detail-orientated and able to go the extra mile to achieve high customer satisfaction
- You demonstrate strong organisational and communications skills to support your own work and to work effectively with those around you
- You are a fast learner with strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity
- Basic knowledge of HTML
- Masters or Bachelors degree in Engineering, Marketing, Psychology or Scientific domains
- You have experience to develop data-driven hypotheses for AB Tests
- You can set up at least simple AB Tests by yourself on tools like Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO, AB Tastyand present test results analysis to your clients.
- You have knowledge of AI and chatbots
- You are a good team player and excited to work within a dynamic business
- You have Native-level English, additional European Language(s) will be a plus (French, German)
