We are looking for a Chef De Partie to a growing brigade of a hotel and spa on the outskirts on Blackburn. Set amongst iconic Lancashire countryside the recently refurbished rustic country manor house is regularly home to weddings and corporate events alongside it’s spa and leisure facilities.
With a spine of modern British cooking and a range of international dishes, the menu has something for everyone and uses a mix of quality fresh ingredients and some frozen and prepared menu items. This role would best suit a CDP with experience of working within a busy environment and comfortable working with large volumes and banqueting.
You will be working a minimum of 40 hours over 5 days with potential overtime and will be paid for every hour you work in addition to accruing holiday. Accommodation isn’t available so having your own transport to travel to site each day is necessary.
