**The Supply Room is currently seeking a dedicated Classroom Assistant to join a KS2 class in Neasden. **This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a genuine commitment to supporting pupils, particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), challenging behaviour, and learning difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide **support to the Class Teacher** in delivering engaging lessons and managing the classroom
- Work closely with pupils to support their academic and social development
- Assist with the planning and delivery of tailored learning activities to **meet the needs of pupils with SEN and learning difficulties**
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- **Support pupils with challenging behaviour**, using effective strategies to promote positive behaviour management
- Work as part of a team to ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils

What We’re Looking For:

- **Previous experience working with children** in a school setting is essential
- **Experience supporting children with SEN, learning difficulties, and/or challenging behaviour**
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- A flexible and proactive approach to supporting the needs of the school and the pupils
- Grade C or above in GCSE English and Maths is desirable but not essential
