We are looking for an outgoing, adaptable, and compassionate individual to join one of our partner Primary Schools in Alton as a KS1 Teaching Assistant.

**Are you wanting to make a difference in the community and support the early development stages of a child’s learning?**

The educator role on a day-to-day basis would include supporting the teachers lesson plan, leading small groups and 1:1 session in the classroom to develop children’s reading and writing skills, to creatively display children’s work and help keep the classroomorganised and tidy and much more

If the educator is successful at the school, there is possibility for a permanent position.

- Contract type - Temp to Perm
- Hourly rate - £10.77

**The ideal educator would have**:

- QTS
- Adequate References
Previous experience in primary schools
- Experience and confidence with challenging behaviour
- Influential and driven
- Well organised
