As a Care Co-ordinator you will be the face of community care and gain an in-depth knowledge of service users and their personal preferences. You will thrive building human connections with our teams across Canterbury, Whitstable and Herne Bay ensuring the good people in our community receive the care and support they deserve.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,500.00 per year
