1:1 Teaching Assistant

Our Federation comprises of two small rural primary schools in South Holland close to Spalding, Holbeach and Peterborough.
We are currently looking to appoint a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to Gedney Hill C of E Primary School; we require a Teaching Assistant, preferably with experience in working with pupils with additional needs. An understanding of working with children with ASD, ADHD or Attachments Disorder would be beneficial but not essential.
The post is permanent and for 30 hours per week Level 1 Grade G3 SCP 6-9 - £20,812 to £21,968 Pro Rata dependent on experience.
We need a Teaching Assistant who is:

- Committed to high expectations of pupil behaviour
- First aid trained or willing to undertake the qualification
- Highly motivated
- Well organised yet adaptable
