**Multiple Mental Health Support Worker Opportunities - Immediately Required
Our client, a leading specialist provider of care, support and housing is looking to expand their teams with support staff on all levels across boroughs of Richmond and Islington including their Floating Support and in-house Support teams.

**Positions:

Mental Health Support Worker**

**Period:

Temp-perm (3 months); 6-month contract**

**Hours:

9-5 or shift based**

**Location:

Boroughs of Richmond and Islington**

**Rate:

-£12-18 per hour**

**DBS:

Enhanced**

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with clients with multiple complex needs to respond to urgent needs
- Undertake key-working responsibilities for a caseload assigned
- Create support/action plans for providing appropriate services based on the assessment
- Support customers to undertake all domestic tasks including practical assistance
- Undertake support work in partnership with external stakeholders to complement their interventions
- Proactively develop links with local statutory and voluntary organisations
- To keep files, data bases and electronic handovers updated daily

**Essential requirements**:

- Experience of working with customers with complex needs in a supported housing setting
- Experience of providing targeted recovery focused support to customers
- Safeguarding Adults Level 2 or demonstrable equivalent qualification with relevant sector work experience
