**Here's what we’re looking for**:
Van driving experience essential. You should be experienced, confident and courteous behind the wheel of a mid wheel base van.

You MUST be a good communicator and be obsessed by time keeping.
This job is time critical and you must not be late.

We only require drivers who take pride in their work and are willing to go the extra mile to deliver for our customers.

Minimum 3 years driving experience and a maximum of 6 points on your license. (no IN, DD, TT endorsements in the last 5 years)

Exceptional customer service. You should have an eye for detail and enjoy achieving targets.

Safety must always be a priority. Black boxes are fitted to all of our vehicles to ensure 100% safety on the road.

Good communication skills. Our customers have high standards and expect the best service.

Ability to work on your own initiative. Out on the road, you will be your own boss and should enjoy problem solving and be proactive.

**Requirements**:
This is a fast paced role delivering parcels to homes and businesses in a pre planned area.

You will be required to pass a background check which is paid for by our company and also a drug and alcohol test. You will need your own transport to commute to and from the Swindon depot and you must have good spoken english.
