**General Retail Supervisor_: _**

**Schedule**: Monday to Sunday

**Contract type**: TEMP contract - 6-12 month contract - with the potential to go permanent.

**Start date**:Immediate

**Location**:Camping World, Ringwood Road, Three Legged Cross, Wimborne, BH21 6RD

**The Role**:
The responsibility of this role will be to help supervise the day to day duties of the store, to ensure the store is performing to the maximum potential. This flexible role involves working within a friendly sales team and relaxed environment, providing product knowledge and excellent customer service (training provided).

Supervisor duties will include general retail, cashing up, reporting and keyholding.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining shop and showroom presentation standards, including the tent/ awning displays
- Serve customers efficiently at the till - understanding and meeting their needs whilst correctly accounting for all transactions
- Cashing up
- Keyholding
- Maintaining Health & Safety standards within the store
- Monitoring and reporting on customer feedback and insight to support your manager to spot trends and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty to grow our business
- Coach and drive yourself and others to exceed targets, company sales and customer service standards.
- Assist with administrative control of customer orders, pre-orders, repairs and ad hoc items.

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Willingness to learn
- Passionate about camping and the outdoors
- A polite and friendly telephone manner
- Excellent customer service, friendly and authentic
- Punctual and good attendance levels
- Positive team player
- Aptitude to merchandise the shop floor to maximise sales creatively

- Retail Shop Assistants & Till Operators: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
