**Accounts Assistant**

**What will your role look like?**
- Processing of Service Charge budget detail and creating on account periodic charges.
- Issuing Managing Agents Contracts annually
- Generating Service Charge and Ground Rent demands in accordance with the lease and processing year end surplus and deficits
- Raising levy & recharge invoices
- Managing, and invoicing of monthly collections on the Rent accounts
- Dealing with the production and circulation of monthly/quarterly financial reports for clients and all associated enquiries
- Handling all aspects of processing Late Payment Admin Fees, including running weekly report on what is due, producing invoices and loading for payment.
- Correcting misallocated expenditure
- Producing financial reports as and when required.
- To generally assist with all other accounts related activities where necessary
